The investment is 50% of the property purchase cost to buy in, and upon my death, ownership will become 100% as my half ownership will go to my partner(s), I am 70 years old.

The property is high in the hills of Umbria with gorgeous views and is set up as a bed and breakfast, an “agriturismo”.
