In Italy, cafe tables are like altars and conversations are the sermons.

In addition to the delicious gastronomia prepared by our private chef, there is an amazing selection of eateries to choose from throughout the region. Excursions to nearby villages are a part of every workshop, and include meals at some of our favorite restaurants, many of which receive culinary experts from around the world, and recognition in gourmet food & wine magazines.

Remember that eating at a restaurant in Italy can be a near religious experience, lasting up to 2 hours. Typically, Italians eat dinner somewhere between 7pm and 10pm. So, a hearty lunch or light snack may be needed to hold you over until dinner time at 7pm.
