The price of each workshop includes 3-meals per day, including a continental breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the common areas you will find fresh fruit, snacks and self-service beverages like coffee, tea, water and juices are easily available throughout the day.
What could be more central to life in Italy than sharing good food and conversation with others? Eating together is an excellent opportunity for discussing progress, or simply getting to know each other. There are also a delightful restaurants nearby each location with diverse seasonal menus for those who desire more private dining at their own expense.
Our Executive Chef prepares everything on-site with fresh, local ingredients, and organic whenever possible. Most meals are served in our dining room at the large harvest table in a family-style buffet. Participants can help themselves to a variety of entrees and side dishes. The fare is hearty regional Umbrian and Italian cuisine served in abundance, and there are always healthy options available for vegetarians.
On travel excursions to nearby villages and major cities, the meals are included, and we will arrange reservations at some of our favorite restaurants where participants can enjoy the local specialties, and sample handmade delicacies. Many of these restaurants have been recognized by food and wine magazines, and international Slow Food guides.
